Michael is the owner and operator of an eight-figure digital marketing agency and has spent his career building companies that succeed by standing out — not blending in. He co-founded On Time NEMT with a simple but demanding mindset: every customer wants to know what’s in it for them. Being “good enough” isn’t enough. You must be different, reliable, and relentlessly focused on delivery. That philosophy is embedded into the DNA of On Time NEMT.
David has built and operated a highly successful food service business serving clients across Virginia and North Carolina. His background has given him a deep, hands-on mastery of logistics, scheduling, and execution — skills that are absolutely critical in transportation. Dave’s operational discipline and systems-driven thinking help ensure that On Time NEMT runs efficiently, scales responsibly, and consistently performs at the highest level.
Bob is the heart and face of On Time NEMT. A former restaurant owner and 15+ years as a District Manager at Starbucks, Bob has lived his career at the intersection of operations and exceptional customer experience. He has a rare ability to connect with people, lead teams, and ensure that daily operations align with the company’s standards. More importantly, Bob deeply understands how people want to feel when they’re being served — and he brings that empathy into every interaction.
